Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site the data shown in the comments form is collected, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you are sending me any images for example, for caricature reference, they will go to my private email address, and I will not share them with anyone without asking prior permission of the user. If you agree your image will be attached to a new file showing an example side by side of photograph and drawing and any location data linked to the original image will be unobtainable.
The use of your purchased custom image:
If you have ordered a one-off custom piece, you may be asked by the site owner for the use of your image for use in marketing, an examples portfolio or other reasons stated when asked.
If you have provided a photograph as reference for this picture you may be asked if this may be used side by side with the customised image on this website or its social media platforms. You have the right to say no or ask that any images related to you, or your purchase be taken down at any time.
